new shoulders for Rytm
I've been trying my darnedest to purchase tools that get me out of the computer and into the tactile world of knobs and buttons. One such unit is the Analog Rytm by Elektron, which I've explored lately. The thing is D E E P and one can easily lose hours in there. I did, offending my neck and back in the process. So I decided to build wooden shoulders to tilt the Rytm's face toward mine. Ergonomics aren't to be ignored when you sit on your bum as often as I do. (yipes!) Hugs to "inevitablecrafts" on the Elektronauts forum, whose plans I mimicked. Looking forward to placing a second pair on the Octatrack that is on its way. !!
